What the role entails

Do you want to work closely with clients, use your expertise to create smart and value-adding BI solutions, and develop in a secure and stable company? As a BI developer at Agio, you will work on assignments that truly matter. Our solutions contribute to the future energy systems, more effective crime fighting, and the development of modern healthcare information.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and implement BI solutions based on the client's needs.
• Design and build data flows and pipelines from various data sources.
• Create and manage data models for secure and efficient data handling.
• Create reports and visualizations that provide clear, data-driven insights.
• Work closely with clients and translate their needs into practical and sustainable solutions.
• Share knowledge and contribute to professional development both internally and with clients.

You will become part of Agio's team within Data Analysis & BI – a Microsoft-oriented team with consultants in both Luleå and Stockholm. Here, you will have colleagues who are passionate about the field, support each other, and together build solutions from start to finish. This area is prioritized, and you will play an important role in the team's continued development while receiving a personal and tailored development journey.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for an experienced BI developer who wants to combine technical depth with close collaboration with clients and operations.

We believe you have:

• At least four years of experience as a BI developer.
• Experience with Microsoft's platforms, such as SSIS or SSAS.
• Experience with database technologies such as SQL, MySQL, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of user-centered data modeling.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

Experience with cloud services such as Azure, Snowflake, or Microsoft Fabric is a plus.
